Stone Street Capital was formed by principals whose participation originated with a substantial portfolio of Tenant in Common Properties. This portfolio, which was originally 2.5 million SF and benchmarked at approximately $340 million, has been (and continues to be) worked out, rolled up and sold. Stone Street Capital grew from these beginnings to the diversified investment company that it is today. Stone Street's initial transaction was the Santa Monica Medical Plaza in Los Angeles, CA, where the Company advised an affiliated TIC owner on its refinancing.
