John T. Eagan III, CPM Chairman

John T. Eagan, III CPM is the Chairman of the Board of Stone Street Capital LLC.

Mr. Eagan presently is partner of Community Management Corporation (CMC) a fully integrated management company along with a development arm, Eagan & Sons with 9,000 units under management. Mr. Eagan has extensive experience with operating real estate ventures and is a managing member of 15 real estate limited liability or limited partnership interest throughout the Carolinas. Mr. Eagan has done land development and site improvements from the mountains to the coast in vacation settings to primary residences. Mr. Eagan has also done two condo conversions with another one on the drawing board for 2015 along with building and selling over 50 houses.

Prior to joining CMC, Mr. Eagan worked for Residential Company of America and supervised properties throughout the mid-west and beyond. In this capacity over seven years he supervised over 700 million dollars in real estate in Texas, Wisconsin, Indiana, Florida, Georgia, and North & South Carolina. Mr. Eagan clients were from real estate funds, insurance companies, banks, private investors to non-profit organizations.

Mr. Eagan has a B.S. in Economics & Mathematics from East Carolina University. He also holds a real estate license in North & South Carolina along with being a Certified Property Manager from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Mark W. Taylor, Esq. President and Chief Investment Officer

Taylor has over 23 years of real estate investment experience. Prior to joining Stone Street, Taylor was at KBR Capital Partners, LLC, a New York-based Investment Fund, where he directed the Fund's Real Estate Investments and Served as General Counsel. Prior to that, Taylor was employed by The Beach Company, headquartered in Charleston and one of the South's oldest and most recognized companies where, for six years, he was in charge of the Commercial Real Estate Division.

Taylor has substantial experience as an Investment Fiduciary and in Asset Management. He was the Senior Managing Director of Advantis, a subsidiary of the St. Joe Company. His responsibilities included a staff of 145 people, oversight of 30 million SF of Property Management and $100 million of construction management activities. The Beach Company owned managed over 600,000 SF of retail, over 300,000 SF of office, and one million SF of industrial product.

The majority of Taylor's career has been spent bringing European Investors into US real estate investments. Together with these investors, Taylor formed partnerships that purchased 28 properties that were classified as distressed assets.

Taylor earned a BS degree in Biology at Furman University. He attended Medical School at MUSC in Charleston, SC and earned a JD degree at Emory University School of Law. He is a member of the Georgia and South Carolina Bar associations. He has completed studies at Harvard University's Graduate School of Design (Executive Education) and has written numerous articles related to real estate finance. He is the author of The Deal, a novel.

Geoff Southard Director of Leasing

Mr. Southard has thirty years of real estate business experience. He has taken part in development, management, sales and leasing of a multifamily, office and retail properties. His experience includes the development and planning of both single and multi-family projects. He has brokered retail, office and multi-family properties. Mr. Southard was most recently the Land Acquisitions Manager for Jessco Homes, a high volume home builder. Working closely with the Construction Division, he was responsible for selecting, contracting, coordination land planning and design, due diligence, and project budgeting.

The previous fifteen years were spent in Brokerage and Property Management with Coldwell Banker Commercial/Atlantic International. There Mr. Southard brokered several retail shopping centers, office properties and development land tracts. During this period he oversaw the management of over 250,000 square feet of retail and office properties throughout the Charleston area.

Mr. Southard is a lifelong Charleston resident. He graduated from First Baptist High School and attended Furman University, studying Physical Education and Athletic Training. His real estate career began in 1985 at Read and Read as an Investment Broker. He is a CCIM Candidate and past member of the Charleston Trident Board of Realtors
